Webex Meetings: Certificate error when joining computer video (VoIP)

Monitoring - Restoration activities have been completed and the services are restored. Engineering will continue to monitor the remediation tasks.

Identified - Engineering identified an issue within the Singapore data center that is causing a certificate error to appear intermittently when users connect to video services from the Webex desktop client.
Affected users will receive a pop-up message stating "Can't Start or Join Meeting". Clicking the "Connect Anyway" dialog will allow the user to connect the audio stream, but video streams may not be available.

Engineering is deploying a fix and expects that effort to be completed soon. Updates will be provided as soon as they are available.

We apologize for the interruption and appreciate your patience while we address this issue.

Webex Meetings: Users connecting to computer audio may be experiencing intermittent latency or failures

Resolved - Services have been repaired and all computer audio and video services are operating as expected. We appreciate your patience while we addressed this service incident.

Identified - - Engineering has identified an issue that is affecting some users when connecting to computer audio and video (VoIP) services. This issue is intermittent; effected users may restart their Meetings client and retry their join operation. Users may also connect using audio call-in or call-back or a video endpoint or SIP connection.

Engineering is working to address the issue as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience while we complete our remediation tasks.

Resolved - Services have been restored and meeting services are once again fully operational. Thank you for your patience while we addressed this service impact.

Identified - Engineering has identified an issue affecting Webex Meeting sites hosted on Cluster AS. Users connecting to this cluster may experience delays or failures when connecting to the Webex sites, which affect meeting join experiences when connecting from a invitation link.
As a workaround, affected users may retry their operation, join using the Desktop Application, or use audio call-in or call-back.

We are working quickly to address the issue and will provide updates as they become available. Thank you for your patience while we address this issue.
