ตามที่บริษัท Microsoft Corp. ได้ประกาศเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบายการให้บริการพื้นที่การใช้งาน OneDrive สำหรับผู้ใช้งานภาคการศึกษา Microsoft 365 Education (Office 365 A1) โดยจะมีการปรับลดขนาดพื้นที่ใช้งานลง จากเดิมบัญชีละ 1 TB เป็นบัญชีละ 100 GB ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 กุมภาพันธ์ พ.ศ. 2567 เป็นต้นไป ซึ่งทางมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ได้นำผลิตภัณฑ์ดังกล่าว มาให้บริการแก่นักศึกษา ศิษย์เก่า และบุคลากร ทั้งนี้เพื่อเป็นการป้องกันไม่ให้เกิดความเสียหายต่อข้อมูลและลดผลกระทบ จากการเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบายการให้บริการของเจ้าของผลิตภัณฑ์ กองเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศจึงขอให้ท่านดำเนินการตรวจสอบการใช้งานพื้นที่และโอนย้ายข้อมูลออกจาก OneDrive บน Microsoft 365 Education ของมหาวิทยาลัย ให้เหลือพื้นที่ใช้งานไม่เกิน 100 GB ก่อนวันดังกล่าว หากมีการประกาศเพิ่มเติมเรื่องการเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบายการให้บริการจากเจ้าของผลิตภัณฑ์ ทางกองเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศจะแจ้งให้ท่านทราบอีกครั้ง โดยท่านสามารถอ่านรายละเอียด ของการเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบายการให้บริการได้ที่ Microsoft 365 Storage Options. https://www.microsoft.com/…/microsoft-365-storage-options
