How to quickly lock your screen

  • Windows: กด Windows + L

Why lock your screen?

  • To prevent accidental data leakage
  • To block unauthorized or malicious access
  • It’s part of the organization’s ISMS policy

How to quickly lock your screen

  • Windows: Press Windows + L

  • macOS: Press Control + Command + Q

Or set your system to auto-lock after a short idle time.

Don’t Click “Remember Password” on Shared or Public Devices

It may seem convenient, but clicking “Remember Password” or “Save Password” on shared computers can allow others to access your personal accounts — without needing your password.

Why should you avoid it?

  • Exposes your email or internal system accounts to others
  • The next user could unknowingly (or intentionally) access your data
  • Violates ISMS policy on user account security

Safe Practices

  • Never select “Remember me” or “Save password” — especially on devices not owned by you
  • Always log out after use
  • Use Incognito/Private Mode when using shared computers

Temporary convenience can lead to permanent damage.
